1. Digital Course & Program Refunds
EliteHubCo provides digital educational content including trading courses, bootcamps, webinars, and learning resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access to the material has been granted.
However, refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances such as:
You were charged multiple times for the same program by mistake
You are experiencing a technical issue that prevents access to the course, and our team is unable to resolve it
The program content is significantly different from the description provided on the website
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Live Training, Bootcamps & Workshops
For live programs such as trading bootcamps, mentorship sessions, or workshops:
Before the program begins: Eligible for a full refund
After the program has started: Refunds are generally not available due to reserved seats and access to materials
If you cannot attend: You may request to transfer your spot to a future session where applicable
3. Account Access & Policy Violations
EliteHubCo reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to programs without a refund if a user:
Shares course materials without permission
Distributes proprietary strategies or resources
Violates community guidelines or engages in disruptive behavior
